Section 1 - Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you consent to any minor dependents using the Services on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services, you may be asked to provide information such as your email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete, and that you have the rights necessary to provide it.
You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
Section 2 - Our Products
We've made every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colors and appearance may differ slightly depending on your device and display settings.
We do not warrant that the appearance or quality of purchased products will match your expectations exactly or appear identically to their depiction online.
Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or limit quantities offered to any person, region, or jurisdiction, at our discretion.
Section 3 - Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Forge Faith Club reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process your payment first.
Please review your order carefully before submitting-we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we cannot accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to reach you via the email, billing address, or phone number provided.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
Section 4 - Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in effect at the time of your order and shown in your order confirmation email. Unless stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
Prices online may differ from those in physical stores or third-party stores. Promotional terms may apply separately to these Terms; if there's a conflict, the promotion's terms govern.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete payment information and to update it as needed. You represent that (i) your credit card information is true and correct, (ii) you are authorized to use the card, (iii) charges will be honored by your card issuer, and (iv) you will pay all charges at posted prices, including shipping, handling, and taxes.
Section 5 - Shipping and Delivery
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
Section 6 - Intellectual Property
Our Services-including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, reviews, video, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement-are owned by Forge Faith Club, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by U.S. and foreign intellectual property laws.
These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any material without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state IP laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Forge Faith Club's names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks and may not be used without written permission. Shopify's marks belong to Shopify. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
Section 7 - Optional Tools
We may provide access to third-party customer tools that we do not monitor or control.
Access is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties or endorsement. We have no liability arising from your use of third-party tools. Use is at your own risk-please review the provider's terms.
Any new features released in the future are also considered part of the Services and subject to these Terms.
Section 8 - Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party materials. If you leave our Services to access these sites, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm related to third-party websites or purchases made through them. Please review third-party policies carefully. Direct any complaints or questions about third-party products to those third parties.
Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify
Forge Faith Club is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases are made directly with Forge Faith Club. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Forge Faith Club, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases with Forge Faith Club.
Section 10 - Privacy Policy
All personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge you have read both.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about your use to provide and improve the Services. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and third parties in other countries. Please review our Privacy Policy for details.
Section 11 - Feedback
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose, including commercial use.
You represent that: (i) you own or have rights to all Feedback; (ii) you have disclosed any compensation received; and (iii) your Feedback complies with these Terms. We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, pay compensation, or respond.
We may, but are not required to, monitor, edit, or remove Feedback we deem unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Feedback must not violate any third-party rights, contain unlawful or abusive content, or include malware. You may not use a false email or misrepresent your identity. You are solely responsible for your Feedback.
Section 12 - Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, information on the Services may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping, or availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information or cancel orders at any time without prior notice-even after submission.
Section 13 - Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Services: (a) for any unlawful or malicious purpose; (b) to violate any laws or regulations; (c) to infringe IP rights; (d) to harass, abuse, or harm anyone; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to send material that violates these Terms; (g) to send spam or unsolicited promotions; (h) to impersonate others; or (i) to restrict or inhibit anyone's use of the Services.
You also agree not to: (a) upload viruses or malicious code; (b) copy, resell, or exploit any portion of the Services; (c) collect others' personal information; (d) spam, phish, or pretext the Services; (e) use scrapers, bots, or AI tools to access the Services; or (f) bypass our security measures.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.
Section 14 - Agents
14.1 This section ("Agent Terms") applies if you use, enable, or deploy an Agent to access or interact with the Services. "Agent" means any software that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on behalf of a person or entity without direct supervision.
14.2 No Agent may access or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and complies with Section 14.4. Agents must stop if we request it.
14.3 We may limit, including through technical measures, how Agents access the Services.
14.4 Agents must: (i) identify themselves in all HTTP/HTTPS requests by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user agent string; (ii) not conceal or obfuscate their nature, including by mimicking humans or circumventing CAPTCHAs; (iii) respond truthfully to any prompt seeking to determine whether interactions are from a human or a computer; and (iv) not circumvent measures that block or limit Agent access.
Section 15 - Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice. You remain liable for all amounts due through the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver & Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy, and any others that by nature should survive.
Section 16 - Disclaimer of Warranties
Information on the Services is provided for general information only. We do not warrant its accuracy, completeness, or usefulness. Any reliance is at your own risk.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY FORGE FAITH CLUB, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THESE DISCLAIMERS, SO THEY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Section 17 - Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORGE FAITH CLUB, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND LICENSORS-AND THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES-SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY.
Section 18 - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forge Faith Club, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims-including reasonable attorneys' fees-arising from (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (3) your access to or use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, and failure to notify promptly does not relieve you of obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement at your expense, but will not settle claims requiring non-monetary obligations without your consent (not to be unreasonably withheld). You agree to cooperate in the defense.
Section 19 - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion shall be severed. The remaining provisions remain valid and enforceable.
Section 20 - Waiver; Entire Agreement
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies posted on our site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services, superseding any prior agreements or communications. Ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.
Section 21 - Assignment
You may not delegate, transfer, or assign this Agreement or any rights or obligations without our prior written consent-any such attempt is void. We may transfer or assign these Terms and our rights and obligations without consent or notice.
Section 22 - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the federal and state courts in the jurisdiction where Forge Faith Club is headquartered. You and Forge Faith Club consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.
Section 24 - Changes to Terms of Service
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service on this page at any time.
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. We will notify you of material changes as required by law, effective on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
