We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original condition (with tags if applicable).
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
In these cases, we will offer a free replacement or a refund, depending on availability.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Final sale / clearance items (when marked as final sale)
- Personalized/custom items (if applicable)
- Items that are worn, washed, or show signs of use
How to start a return
Email us at silvaforgesupport@gmail.com with the subject: “Return — Order #[number]”.
If your return is approved, we’ll send return instructions.
Return shipping
- Our error (defect/damage/wrong item): return shipping is free.
- All other reasons (size, preference, etc.): return shipping is [customer-paid / free].
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
